Grace Khan says she is currently single — and she is not in a hurry to change that.
The Ugandan singer has revealed that she is taking a break from relationships and instead putting her energy into herself and her music.
Speaking to BBS Terefayina, the mother of one explained that relationships can sometimes distract her from her personal goals, prompting her to step away from dating while she continues rebuilding her life and career.
“Men disorganise me, so I’m focusing on music,” Grace said. “But at the right time, I’ll bring the man and show him to the public. You know me, and I’m posting on social media that we are together.”
The comments come as Grace continues moving forward from her on-and-off relationship with her baby daddy, Prince Omar.
Rather than immediately looking for another partner, Grace says her attention is currently elsewhere. Music and personal growth appear to be taking priority as she works on the next chapter of her life.
The singer has also been working on herself following her recovery from alcohol addiction and has recently appeared healthier and more focused.
Grace says the experiences she has gone through have also changed how she handles challenges. She made it clear that she no longer allows difficult situations to overwhelm her in the way they may have in the past.
“There’s nothing I can’t handle anymore. I have seen it all at my young age,” she said.
For now, Grace is choosing music over romance. And if she does decide to make her next relationship public, she has already hinted that fans will know about it directly from her.
