Ugandan socialite and influencer Prima Kardashi, whose real name is Prima Ndagire, has urged women to embrace submission in romantic relationships, arguing that it can help them enjoy marriage and their feminine energy.
In a video, Prima revealed that she is now in her thirties and believes this is an important stage in life for women to understand the role submission plays in relationships.
“The moment you’re not submissive, it gets hard,” she said, encouraging women to take her advice seriously, particularly those who are still young.
Prima also questioned why some financially successful women remain unmarried, suggesting that their approach to relationships could be a factor.
According to the influencer, she has encountered older women who have accumulated wealth but have not married. She believes their experiences offer a lesson to younger women about the importance of understanding what she describes as the art of submission.
“I have seen grown women – some are our aunties – very aged and unmarried, despite being wealthy,” Prima said.
Her remarks suggest that, in her view, financial independence and material success do not necessarily translate into the kind of romantic partnership or marriage some women desire.
Prima further argued that relationships can become difficult when a woman displays what she describes as masculine energy rather than adopting a submissive role.

“No man will live in the same house with a woman who shares the same masculine energy. Take my advice,” she said.
The comments place Prima among public figures sharing opinions about gender roles, femininity and expectations within romantic relationships. Her perspective centres on the belief that women who want lasting partnerships should consider how they approach their partners and the dynamics within their homes.
However, her statements reflect her personal views and experiences rather than an established rule about what makes a marriage successful. Relationships differ, and the reasons people marry or remain unmarried cannot be determined by financial status or a single personality trait alone.
For Prima, the message is straightforward: women who want to experience what she calls feminine energy should consider submission as part of their approach to love.
Her advice is likely to keep the conversation around modern relationships, women’s independence and traditional expectations in the spotlight.
