Ugandan singer Gloria Bugie has seemingly set her sights on one of London’s biggest entertainment venues for her maiden concert, declaring that she would rather stage her first major show at the O2 Arena than in Kampala.
The singer made the cheeky announcement during a recent TikTok Live session after a fan asked when she intended to hold her first-ever concert.
Instead of giving an expected timeline or discussing possible preparations, Gloria Bugie appeared irritated by the question and turned the conversation into an unexpected declaration about taking her music to the United Kingdom.

“You already pissed me off, and I won’t even stage my concert here in Kampala, Uganda. I will take it to the O2 Arena,” she said.
Her response comes as expectations for a maiden Gloria Bugie concert continue to build among fans following her relatively short time in Uganda’s entertainment industry.
Despite having spent approximately two years on the music scene, the singer has released several songs, building a catalogue that could provide material for a full live performance.
She has also maintained a visible presence in the entertainment industry despite facing criticism and controversy along the way.
However, her latest remarks have introduced an interesting possibility: rather than beginning her concert journey with a Kampala show, she wants to aim for an international stage.
The O2 Arena in London is a major live entertainment venue that has hosted performances by internationally recognised music stars, making it an ambitious destination for a debut concert.
Whether Gloria Bugie’s declaration represents a serious concert ambition or was simply playful frustration during a live interaction remains unclear. She has not announced an official concert date, ticket details or confirmed arrangements with the London venue.
Interestingly, the concert discussion was not the only moment that caught attention during her TikTok Live.
Another viewer complimented her wig, prompting the singer to reveal that she had recently purchased it in South Africa during a trip that also included performances in Johannesburg and Cape Town.

“Thank you. I bought it from South Africa recently when I went to represent you and perform in Johannesburg and Cape Town,” she explained.
For now, Kampala fans may have to wait a little longer to find out when they will get their first opportunity to watch Gloria Bugie headline her own concert.
But if her latest declaration is anything to go by, the singer is thinking beyond the local stage — and London’s O2 Arena has entered the conversation.
