Popular Ugandan YouTuber Shalom Kaweesi has been granted bail by the Chief Magistrates’ Court in Makindye, ending a tense week in custody.
The court approved a non-cash bond of Shs 5 million, with each of his sureties also bonded for Shs 5 million. This comes after Shalom was arrested on charges of cyber harassment, following a complaint filed by social media personality Jennifer “Full Figure” Nakangubi.
