What began as a heated music industry feud has now officially entered police territory.
Ugandan singer King Saha has filed a formal complaint with authorities following an alleged violent confrontation involving singer Pius Mayanja, popularly known as Pallaso, and his group.
The incident, which is said to have occurred late at night, reportedly involved threats to life and significant damage to the artist’s vehicle.
And now, police have confirmed that investigations are actively underway.
According to police reports, King Saha lodged a complaint over alleged threats and the destruction of his vehicle following an incident that reportedly took place on Monday around midnight.
Katonga Region Police spokesperson SP Lydia Tumushabe confirmed that Mpigi Police received the case and have since opened investigations into the matter.
“It’s true our Police of Mpigi received the case of threat to life and destroying of a car model Mark II UA 641BH and it belongs to Semanda Mansur aka King Saha,” she stated.
Police further indicated that the incident allegedly occurred while King Saha was traveling from Bukomansimbi.
It is claimed that he encountered a group linked to Pallaso, during which his vehicle was reportedly surrounded, damaged, and he was allegedly threatened.
According to the police statement, the car was smashed during the confrontation, though King Saha reportedly did not retaliate at the scene.
Instead, he is said to have driven directly to Mpigi Police Station, where he recorded an official statement.
And then the situation escalated further…
King Saha had earlier accused Pallaso’s camp of ambushing him, vandalizing his vehicle, and attempting to cause him physical harm during the encounter.
Police have now confirmed that investigations are ongoing as they work to establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.
At this stage, no formal charges or official conclusions have been announced.
The case stems from an ongoing public feud between King Saha and Pallaso, which initially began after a confrontation at Supremacy Lounge.
Since then, tensions between the two camps have continued to escalate through public statements, social media posts, and competing allegations.
What started as a music industry disagreement has now developed into a matter involving law enforcement, with claims of threats and property damage adding serious weight to the dispute.
Uganda’s music industry has previously seen high-profile rivalries, but incidents involving police investigations tend to significantly raise the stakes and public concern.
Authorities are now expected to gather statements from involved parties as part of the ongoing inquiry.
The most widely circulated detail from the developing story is the claim that King Saha’s vehicle was surrounded and damaged during the alleged confrontation.
Police confirmation that a formal complaint has been filed added further momentum to the story across social media platforms.
Entertainment pages and fan discussions quickly picked up the development, with users debating the seriousness of the allegations and calling for restraint.
Clips, screenshots, and commentary continue to circulate as the investigation unfolds.
The internet remains highly engaged as new details emerge.
Online reactions have been divided, with many users expressing concern over the escalation of a celebrity feud into a police case.
Some fans are urging both artists to de-escalate tensions and allow authorities to handle the matter professionally.
Others are calling for full investigations and accountability if the allegations are proven true.
A section of users is also emphasizing the importance of waiting for verified police findings before drawing conclusions.

Meanwhile, speculation continues to grow as neither Pallaso nor his representatives have issued a detailed public response to the latest police confirmation.
Beyond the headlines and rivalry is a growing concern about safety, accountability, and the real-world impact of celebrity conflicts.
For artists, public disputes can quickly shift from entertainment to serious legal and personal consequences.
For fans, the situation is a reminder that behind the music and performances are individuals navigating high-pressure environments where conflicts can escalate quickly.
The involvement of police now adds a new layer of seriousness that extends beyond the entertainment industry.
What started as a nightclub confrontation has now escalated into a formal police investigation — turning a music feud into a legal matter with unresolved questions still hanging in the air.
One thing is clear — this is no longer just industry drama. The real story now lies in what the investigation uncovers next.
