Ugandan singer Biswanka Derick has opened up about what he described as ongoing personal struggles, telling fans during a TikTok Live that he sometimes feels like he is “losing” his life.
Biswanka did not publicly specify the nature of the problems he is currently facing, although his remarks appeared to touch on his wellbeing and possible health complications.
Speaking to his followers, the singer said the struggles were not new and described feeling as though he had limited time left. He also asked his fans not to mourn him excessively if he dies.
“When I die, you shouldn’t mourn me that much. I share with you what I feel and what I’m going through and right now, I feel that I’m losing my life,”
Biswanka said he was dealing with personal battles and suggested that his state of mind had changed as a result of what he was experiencing.
“These days I do not care that much; I don’t fear anyone because I don’t feel myself,” he added.
The singer also revisited criticism he has received publicly, particularly comments about his physical appearance.
According to Biswanka, some people had body-shamed and judged him after he gained weight, without knowing what he was experiencing privately.
He suggested that the criticism had contributed to the difficulties he was going through, although he did not provide specific details about how it affected him.
Biswanka also spoke about what he would want to happen if he eventually dies, saying that people should not become overwhelmed by his passing because life would continue.

“Even when I die, do not be sad because I’m nothing; the world will still move on. People will not stop eating or doing their work because I have died,”
The singer further made a specific request concerning his alleged baby mama, saying she should not come near his grave because of what he described as previous embarrassment in the media.
He also proposed that the government establish a dedicated cemetery for local stars, where the public could visit the graves of prominent Ugandan entertainers.
Biswanka argued that such a site could also become a tourism attraction, giving fans a place to visit musicians and other local stars after their deaths.
For now, however, the central message from his TikTok Live was his disclosure that he is going through a difficult period. He did not publicly identify the exact nature of his struggles, meaning his remarks should not be treated as confirmation of a specific medical condition or imminent death.
