Ugandan rapper Fik Fameica has confirmed Kololo Airstrip as the venue for his upcoming 10-year anniversary concert, with the celebration planned for January 2027.
The rapper shared the update during a live TikTok broadcast with fans, revealing that he is preparing to mark a decade in the music industry. While the venue has been selected, the exact concert date is yet to be announced.
Fik Fameica used the broadcast to reflect on his career, crediting his consistent work and relationship with fans for helping him remain active in the industry over the past ten years.

“I will be celebrating ten years in the business. For these ten years, no year has gone by without me giving you a hit song,” he said.
“I have been working, serving my fans and the entire industry for these ten years. I’m sure all my fans are proud of me the same way I’m proud of them,” he added.
The rapper said the anniversary celebration is scheduled for January, but he wants fans to have a say in choosing the date.
“I’m happy to announce the celebration we are having in January. We already have a venue and we now want to discuss the date in January,” he told viewers.
His invitation puts fans at the centre of the next stage of planning, although it remains unclear how their suggested dates will be collected or how the final decision will be made.
The announcement marks a significant milestone for the rapper, who is preparing to celebrate ten years of releasing music and performing for audiences.

Fik Fameica recently travelled to Japan for a show, but said the preparations for his anniversary concert remain a priority. According to the report, he planned to return to Uganda to officially begin preparations for the event.
Further details, including the confirmed date and ticket prices, are still pending. Those announcements are expected to provide fans with a clearer picture of how to attend the show.
The choice of Kololo Airstrip establishes the location for the planned celebration, but the concert’s final arrangements have yet to be fully disclosed.
For now, Fik Fameica is inviting his supporters to help shape the January event as he prepares to mark a decade in Ugandan music.
