Reality TV star Prima Kadarshi has explained why she decided to leave Kampala Creme, saying she reached a point where she felt her chapter on the popular show had come to an end.
Prima joined Kampala Creme in 2025 and quickly became one of the personalities who attracted attention on the programme. Her outspoken personality and distinctive presence made her stand out among the cast and kept viewers interested in her storyline.
But on August 12, Prima announced that she was leaving the reality show, prompting questions about what had led to her departure.

According to Prima, there was no major falling-out behind the decision. Instead, she said she simply recognized that it was time to move on.
“You can decide that your time being somewhere is done and normalise moving to the next step,” she said. “The moment you keep yourself somewhere when your time to leave is up, either you ruin something or you embarrass yourself.”
For Prima, the decision came down to a personal realization that she had already accomplished what she wanted from the show.
“I just woke up and decided it was enough for me,” she said.
She also addressed another question surrounding her time on Kampala Creme — how she became part of the cast in the first place.
Prima said she did not approach the show’s producers asking for a spot. Instead, she claimed the production team searched for her and invited her to join the cast.

“You can’t bribe to be on that show. They do their searches and include you on the show,” she explained.
Looking back, Prima believes she delivered what she came to the programme to do.
She said she joined Kampala Creme with a story to tell and used the platform to share her personal journey, including her experience of starting over.
“By the time I joined Kampala Creme, I had a storyline to give and I delivered 100%. I showed you my start over, told my story and delivered everything I had to, but that chapter of my life ended,” she said.
Her explanation suggests the departure was less about conflict and more about knowing when to close a chapter.
After spending more than a year on Kampala Creme, Prima is now moving on from the show — leaving viewers with the storylines and moments she created during her time on the cast.
For Prima, the message is straightforward: sometimes leaving is simply part of knowing when the next chapter should begin.
