Uganda’s Jazz maestro, Isaiah Katumwa, set the stage ablaze at Skyz Protea Hotel, Naguru, Kampala, on 22nd December 2025, delivering a soulful performance that reminded fans why he’s considered the father of Ugandan jazz.

This marked his first Christmas concert in Uganda in seven years, drawing a crowd eager to soak in the holiday spirit while enjoying a musical journey through Katumwa’s celebrated career.

👩‍💼 Introducing a New Chapter: Manager Elizabeth Kyomugisha Mushabe

Katumwa took the opportunity to introduce his new manager, Elizabeth Kyomugisha Mushabe, describing the Christmas concert as their first collaborative project.

“We didn’t do billboards. This was intentional. The fact that you are here speaks volumes. With this music, this team, and your support, we are going to do something great—not just for Kampala, not just for Uganda, but for the world,” Katumwa said.
