Popular and often controversial content creator Dr. Cephco has issued a stern warning to fellow internet personalities: misusing online platforms to attack or abuse others can land you in serious legal trouble.

Speaking on the recent legal cases involving creators facing cyber harassment and hate speech charges, Cephco urged his peers to practice restraint, respect, and responsibility online.

“Insulting People Is Against the Law”

“Of course, insulting people is not good because it’s against the law,” he said, adding that while he has personally stopped attacking or insulting people online, he responds with equal energy when provoked.

He emphasized that throwing shade or provoking others comes with consequences, especially in a legal environment that is increasingly holding social media users accountable.

“If you are not ready for the same energy back, don’t provoke or insult others online,” he advised.

He stressed that online beefs often escalate unnecessarily, damaging both reputations and the broader creative ecosystem.

Comments on the Luwi Court Case

“If she did not commit the charges for which she is being detained, she should stand her ground and continue to plead innocent,” he said.

His comments reflect a call for calm, lawful, and respectful responses, even in high-profile controversies.
