Ugandan singer Spice Diana says she is glad her friendship with socialite Prima Kardashi came to an end, suggesting that some people are better left out of her life.
The two were once close and regularly spent time together, but their relationship eventually broke down for reasons that have not been fully disclosed. The fallout attracted further attention after Prima reportedly criticised Spice Diana’s weight gain during a TikTok Live session.
Speaking in an interview with BBS TV, Spice Diana initially declined to revisit the dispute, saying she had already addressed Prima’s body-shaming comments on Snapchat.
However, the singer used the discussion to highlight what she sees as a bigger problem: women criticising other women’s bodies without knowing what they may be experiencing privately.
Spice Diana pointed out that women’s bodies can change for different reasons, including age, health challenges and family planning. She argued that attacking another woman’s appearance is unfair, particularly when outsiders may not understand the circumstances behind those changes.

“It is very bad for a woman to put a fellow woman down. It is poor upbringing because as women, we pass through a lot with our bodies. It is unfortunate for one to attack the other when she is not perfect herself,” she said.
The singer also made it clear that she does not regret the end of her friendship with Prima.
Reflecting on relationships that have ended during her life and career, Spice Diana said she sometimes feels grateful when certain people leave her life, suggesting that their continued presence could have caused greater hurt.
“Things happen in life, and I thank God that some people are no longer in my life. It is good, and most times I thank God for their departure because maybe they might have hurt me the most,” she said.

She added that moving forward sometimes means accepting that not everyone will remain part of one’s journey.
“In this journey of life, you move with some and drop some,” the singer explained.
Although Spice Diana did not disclose the full reasons behind the friendship breakup, her remarks indicate that she has accepted the separation and is not looking to restore the relationship publicly.
The dispute also puts renewed attention on the impact of body shaming, particularly when comments about a person’s appearance come from someone who was once considered a close friend.
For Spice Diana, the message appears to extend beyond her fallout with Prima Kardashi: friendships can end, but women should not use another woman’s physical appearance as a reason to tear her down.
The full circumstances behind the former friends’ fallout remain unclear, and Spice Diana’s comments do not establish every reason their relationship ended.
