Ugandan influencer Prima Kardashi has a simple prescription for dealing with heartbreak: stay busy.
In a TikTok message, Prima argued that keeping yourself occupied with work, school, learning new skills and personal development can help reduce the amount of time spent dwelling on emotional pain.
“The only way to heal from heartbreak is to be busy with your life. How will you suffer from heartbreak when you’re busy?” she said.
Prima acknowledged that heartbreak can still hurt, but suggested that staying occupied gives people something else to focus on instead of remaining stuck in their emotions.

“You will be hurt, but after a day or two, you will focus on your business,” she added.
Her advice goes beyond relationships. Prima also urged people not to become too comfortable with their current circumstances, arguing that the desire for a better life can motivate people to work harder.
“In life, avoid being comfortable. Always strive to live a better life because it forces you to work harder to upgrade through the different levels of life,” she said.
Prima used her own schedule as an example, revealing that she had already moved on to her next project following her recent celebrity boxing bout against Zahara Totto.
“I have just finished with the celebrity fight, and now I am writing proposals for an event I want to sell to potential investors,” she said.

The comments come after Prima’s recent victory over Zahara Totto in the highly publicized celebrity boxing match, giving her another talking point as she shifts her attention from the ring to her next business plans.
For Prima, the message is less about sitting with heartbreak and more about keeping life moving: work, learn, build and keep your eyes on the next level.
