Navio’s personal assistant, Raven, has responded to allegations made by the rapper’s former employee, Sam, who has accused Navio of assault and confiscating his property.
The allegations have circulated on social media in recent days through video clips featuring Sam discussing his account of the dispute. Raven, however, has rejected those claims and offered a different version of events.
Speaking in a phone interview, Raven said the dispute dates back to 2022 and alleged that Sam had stolen from Navio while working at the rapper’s home and had also committed fraud involving his businesses.
According to Raven, Navio reported the matter to police in an attempt to recover the money. He claimed Sam subsequently agreed to an arrangement involving some of Navio’s household property.
Raven said Sam agreed to leave the property with Navio and retrieve it after raising the money he allegedly owed.
The PA strongly disputed the suggestion that the property was taken by force.
“He lied that they took his property by force because to leave the police, he had signed an agreement that he would have them back after he refunded the money,” Raven said.
Raven also pushed back against Sam’s account by describing the support he claims Navio had previously provided to the former employee.
“What hurts us the most is that we saw how much Navio helped that man,” he said, alleging that the rapper had provided him with accommodation, food and school fees.
Raven further claimed that Sam had repeatedly asked to return to Navio’s employment but was refused. He suggested that the former employee’s recent accusations were motivated by his desire to regain attention and sympathy.
“I know he has failed with the business he had started and wants to get back here,” Raven said.
He also explained why Navio’s camp had chosen to respond publicly after remaining quiet about the dispute.
“We have been quiet all along but we decided to address it this time and tell people the truth,” he said.
The competing accounts leave the central allegations disputed. Sam’s accusations of assault and property confiscation are his claims, while Raven’s allegations concerning theft, fraud and the circumstances surrounding the property are the account presented by Navio’s camp.
